Work you'll do

The Audit and Assurance Business Product Manager will assist and support our product. This role is responsible for direction and roadmap planning, requirements definition and product roll-out of a platform. This role also supports the most recent international standard on quality management (ISQM 1). The Audit and Assurance Business Product Manager will oversee all of  the business objectives.


  • Represent the "voice of the customer"; invest significant time with current and potential stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Contribute towards defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of the ISQM 1 platform
  • Analyze, document, prioritize, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate between the Technology Controls and product teams to ensure all required controls are built into and around the platform
  • Organize and participate in testing new releases of our solutions and summarizing the results with your insights
  • Support the development of the product resources, such as guides, learning materials and demonstrations that support our solution
  • Prepare and consolidate feedback and input from users of the solutions and translating this input back into requirements
  •  Complete presentations for communicate ideas, gain stakeholder approvals, and report project status

  • Bachelor's degree (in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or related field) 
  • 3 years in a Business Product Manager role or similar; participating in both aspects of business and technology 
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the international standard on quality management (ISQM 1) preferred 
  • Exhibit strong professional communications skills to a wide range of stakeholders (verbal and written) 
  • Proven ability to facilitate discussions to discover solutions, capturing and transforming business and technology requirements into high-quality User Stories and Acceptance criteria 
  • Proven ability to learn Audit Methodology elements needed to understand and use as needed 
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment
