Work you'll do

Some of the duties involved are:

  • Attending bi-weekly Ops Leaders call and be prepared with any updates for your organization
  • Updating Priority Scorecard Metrics – Upon request Monthly
  • Initiating communication around New Hires, Organizational Changes, Certifications, Tea
  • Building, project wins, community efforts, fireside chats/leader meetings, etc.
  • Providing current content for your organization prior to each Executive Onboarding offering, using current FY templates
  • Delegating to facilitate session for Executive Onboarding on your leader’s behalf
  • Ensuring the shared calendar (DTTL GTS GTI Ops Leaders) is kept current with your leader’s travel, team meetings, etc. to be used for program and event planning
  • Maintaining organizational charts are kept current – submit changes as they occur
  • Monitoring Dashboards for leader awareness and recognitions such as PTO, R&R Awards and Budget, Maintaining learning Hours, Service Anniversary/Birthday Recognitions; Late time and Expense;  Time entry etc.
Communication & Marketing
  • Creating, organizing, and continually maintaining communications and marketing content in the form of electronic communications, presentations, spreadsheets, organizational charts, websites, and videos

Information Management

  • Creating and continually maintaining MS Team Sites, Project Management, Visio organizational charts, and/or Excel dashboards
  • Maintaining and accessing management of sites, distribution lists/groups, and population reports
  • Overseeing and managing leadership calendars, schedules, key fiscal year milestones and associated meetings
  • Creating, maintaining, and communicating reports (e.g., financials, headcount, training hours etc.)

Meeting Support

  • Organizing virtual and in-person leadership meetings (e.g. office visits, town halls, videoconferences, regional manager’s meetings, value propositions, etc.)

As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will:

    • Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to deconflict competing priorities
    • Provide concise executive data summaries from multiple data sources
    • Operate effectively during periods of ambiguity
    • Prove skills developing and managing operational best practices
    • Analyze traditional process’s and offer pragmatic options to drive process improvement
    • Bring fluency in a second language other than English desirable
    • Be a self-starter, capable of working independently and proactively in a geographically dispersed, virtual team environment
    • Be highly proficient with PowerPoint and Excel, proficient with Tableau or similar analytics tools a plus
