Work you'll do
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for enterprise collaboration applications initiatives, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, to ensure alignment and support for collaboration and data initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for collaboration tools and productivity platforms, from ideation to deployment and beyond.
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business needs, user feedback, market trends, and data insights.
- Ensure seamless integration of collaboration tools and GenAI capabilities with existing systems and workflows.
- Manage the delivery of collaboration solutions projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Implement robust operational processes to ensure the reliability, security, performance, and data integrity of collaboration applications and platforms.
- Monitor and analyze usage metrics, user feedback, performance data, and data insights to drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
- Oversee a multi-million dollar budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop financial forecasts, track expenditures, and conduct regular budget reviews.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiencies across the collaboration portfolio.
- Advisory Leadership: Provide consultative services to our member firms to guide technology and data decisions, informed by risk and privacy considerations.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership on development and implementation programs, oversee product roadmaps, work plans, budgets, schedules, and data pipelines, and manage the budget and project timeline.
- Vendor Management: Drive vendor engagement and relationships to increase value delivered, customer satisfaction, performance, and sustainability, including vendors providing GenAI and collaboration solutions.
- Program Management: Lead the design, development, and delivery aspects of the collaboration products portfolio, ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, and monitor progress and status of deliverables.
- Team Management: Organize and manage multiple product development and collaboration teams, both onshore and offshore, and motivate and lead project delivery teams.
- People Management: Manage the recruitment and selection of a talented team, report staffing and resource allocation, and cultivate a culture of teamwork, innovation, and technical literacy.
- Knowledge Sharing: Lead efforts to continually improve processes for Member Firms and support Member Firms and Global Communities in product usage, business process education, and data insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in digital collaboration, product management, data analytics, or a related discipline within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large budgets and delivering complex projects, including data modernization and intelligence initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep knowledge of collaboration tools and technologies, data platforms, and GenAI, especially Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with agile methodologies, a customer-centric approach to product management and development, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications in product management, project management, or data science.
- Experience working in a Global Big 4 organization or a similarly complex, multinational environment.
- Experience with MS Purview and advanced GenAI implementations
