Work you'll do
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), administration, configuration and operations.
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) conceptually and administration.
- Serving as an IAM liaison to the business units, as requested.
- Engaging with Member Firms and develop requirements and use cases for their needs using defined intake process.
- Managing ADO and release plans.
- Contributing to technical project plans with regular tracking and reporting
- Identifying, documentation, development and maintaining process improvements for functionality in IdentityIQ like access requests for the identity lifecycle including joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
- Establishing and maintaining strong communication and collaboration between technical / engineering, functional, and business teams to ensure applications are successfully onboarded to IAM systems.
- Providing tiered support for delegated administration for Member Firms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SailPoint data administration.
- Participating in internal and external audit activities by gathering and/or coordinating deliverables for necessary evidence and review and maintain documentation for future audits.

- Experience in working using Agile Methodology.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in comprehensive manner (i.e., translate and present technical information to business.
- Strong IAM domain knowledge.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in comprehensive manner (i.e., translate and present technical information to business).
- Experience configuring and implementing access certification, identity lifecycle management, self-service access requests and delegated administration within lIQ.
- Ability to manage a team of individuals to meet the demands of the service
- Ability to work closely within a team environment and independently remotely.
- Ability to work globally within multiple time zones.
