Work you'll do

As the Digital Intelligence Analyst you will collaborate with stakeholders and project teams in the planning, development, reporting, and analysis of Deloitte's digital efforts including social media and websites. In this role you will:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards within Adobe Analytics and Report Builder/Excel for various stakeholders
  • Provide insight and identify opportunities for enhancements of user experience
  • Support the business intelligence team in the development of objectives and digital strategy
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and A|B testing
  • Help ensure a consistent user experience and overall channel strategy across the member firm network
  • Respond proactively to both business and project issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Support the creation of documentation and training materials as needed.

Who you'll work with:

Global Brand develops tools and resources to create an exciting and engaging brand identity consistent with our core values. Our digital solutions and strategies provide best-in-class presentation for elevating brand awareness to enhance our global presence while promoting collaboration and connectivity.


  • BA or BS; Advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Adobe's analytics tools preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced or large global environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, in particular: Excel (Power user) and PowerPoint
  • Experience in handling quantitative and qualitative data
  • Knowledge in analyzing social media channel performance
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI (preferred), Tableau, etc
