Work you'll do
- Develop and maintain dashboards within Adobe Analytics and Report Builder/Excel for various stakeholders
- Provide insight and identify opportunities for enhancements of user experience
- Support the business intelligence team in the development of objectives and digital strategy
- Identify opportunities for optimization and A|B testing
- Help ensure a consistent user experience and overall channel strategy across the member firm network
- Respond proactively to both business and project issues and escalate appropriately.
- Support the creation of documentation and training materials as needed.

Qualifications:
- BA or BS; Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Adobe's analytics tools preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced or large global environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, in particular: Excel (Power user) and PowerPoint
- Experience in handling quantitative and qualitative data
- Knowledge in analyzing social media channel performance
- Basic knowledge of Power BI (preferred), Tableau, etc
