Work you'll do

Drive the end to end strategic approach for the business of infrastructure and cloud, which includes evaluation of strategies and goals of the service area. Provide counsel and guidance on long range plans involving strategic development. Arranges and prioritizes critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision making. Serves as a strategist, consultant and implementer to achieve streamlined activities within the organization based on urgency and priority. Deliver insight and make recommendations to help service lines across GTI achieve the vision and strategic deliverables for the organization. We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in business operations and project management, with the ability to build presentations and messaging that communicates strategy, roadmap, value, and capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement technology initiatives and projects. Consult with internal clients, understand and define scope, articulate approach, engage project team and key stakeholders, develop and execute on project plan, develop recommendations or implementation plans.
  • Conduct and present research and analysis, including market, competitive, economic, industry trends. Analyze and synthesize secondary research; lead primary intelligence gathering as needed.
  • Manage and review the completion of detailed financial and nonfinancial analyses that can be used to evaluate opportunities or assist in making key strategic decisions. Develop recommendations and approaches for strategic and operational improvements. Presents insight to senior leadership.
  • Develop executive level communications and presentations to display and communicate strategic, operational and financial information. Develop leadership level presentations from initial storyboarding to logical structuring to presentation and delivery.
  • Assemble and lead cross functional teams to stand up and manage projects with structured work plans and deliverables.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
  • Work with Managing Directors and stakeholder leadership teams to ensure effective staff participation on projects and other key initiatives
  • Manage the flow of information and communication between teams within service lines
  • Manage leadership meetings and other meetings on behalf of Leadership; represent the Leadership in relevant meetings, discussions, and conference calls

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of relevant corporate strategy, IT management or technology consulting experience
  • Successful track record in strategy development, competitive analysis, and scenario planning
  • Experience managing complex budgets and approval cycles.
  • Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients (internal and external)

Preferred Skills:

  • 3+ years of client service experience
  • Strong Business Analysis or Project Management experience
  • Masters Degree
  • Must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas
  • Exceptional diagnostic, research, analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
  • Ability to think globally, strategically and creatively
  • Proven ability for leading and delivering internal projects.
  • Expert problem solver. Leverages knowledge gained through prior experience, education, training to resolve issues and remove project barriers
  • Extensive experience advising and coaching top executives on strategic, organizational, and communications matters
