Work you'll do

Our Deployment and Change Management Manager  collaborates and supports the deployment and adoption activity across all programs/projects within the portfolio, including status, release dates, issues/risks, member firm readiness and adoption status. Additionally, will meet regularly or as needed with project teams to ensure appropriate involvement in project planning and definition of scope. This role will provide strategic guidance on deployment and adoption activities, including overall approach, plans for accelerating adoption, training, communications, and eventually monitoring of adoption status. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manages organizational change activities; including culture change
  • Maintains holistic view of projects across multiple areas and updates dashboards
  • Oversees risk assessment and mitigation strategies for overall adoption goals
  • Directs collaboration with global, regional, and/or local member firm teams to promote adoption of solutions, practices, and processes 
  • Influences change-related activities, such as communication planning, coordination with global learning team on learning delivery and developing change-related methods and processes
  • Completes and maintain resource estimates for all projects where team resources are engag
  • Ensures contribution to project risk assessment and release readiness processes
  • Directs delivery of project scope and requirements, using defined processes, templates, guidance, including the preparation and review of deployment and adoption deliverables that are provided to member 
  • Manages team resources (senior analysts, and/or analysts) against project milestones while providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management feedback 
  • Demonstrates ongoing relationships with member firm team members and leadership to promote and coordinate change-related activities and plans Knowledge sharing/documentation
  • Leads continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned sessions

Qualifications:

  • Education (degree): Bachelor’s Degree, at least 7 plus years of professional experience working in a matrixed global environment
  • 3 years of experience in professional/client services capacity, emphasizing development/management skills in the following areas: communication, change management, organizational culture change, documentation, learning, and general business analysis
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading project teams on change management and adoption projects
  • MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, O365, SharePoint, Articulate, BrainShark, Adobe Captivate, HTML, Articulate, and Skype
  • Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Proven ability to negotiate with and influence others and key stakeholders
  • Ability to lead people, projects, and interact with varying levels of management
  • Professional experience working with diverse organizations (directly or virtually) in various geographic location
