Deloitte is searching for a Client Excellence Manager to support the Global Risk Advisory Client Excellence leader within our Clients and Industries team. The manager will work with the Senior Manager to execute the strategy for all client excellence initiatives (Performance Management, Labs Program, Sales Activation Campaigns) that are designed to equip and support our Lead Business Partners on our most strategic clients.
As an integral member of the Global Risk Advisory Client Excellence team, the manager will
· Client Excellence Strategy: support and execute on the strategic direction set by the Global Risk Advisory Client Excellence Leader and Global Risk Advisory Industry leaders. Provide strategic, analytical, communications and operational support to the Client Excellence leader
· Deliver Value: drive the day-to-day operations to elevate Deloitte's risk advisory presence, strengthen the firm's brand in the relevant markets, advance the capabilities of global LBPs– namely the Global Crown Jewel Client Account Leaders
· Coordinate with the network: interface with senior leaders from our Executive Member Firms, Priority Markets, and the wider global RA network. Nurture linkages between Offerings and C&I, leveraging global firm knowledge, relationships, and resources, to build and share insights and ultimately drive growth
· Insights: deliver insights, shape, and execute analysis and prepare clear, concise, and compelling presentations for those senior leaders
· Operations: Manage PMO operations including regular meetings, sprints tracking, budgeting process and monitoring

Ability to work well within a team of experienced professionals – both in-person and virtually – to influence results upwards and downwards
· Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and often virtual environment for effective outcomes
· Excellent strategic thinker with a proven track record in planning and implementing integrated, global, strategic, business programs
· Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to translate disparate information into clear messages and informed responses to leadership
· Able to manage risks – knowing what and when to escalate project-related issues
Ability to multi-task and deliver on portions of multiple projects, often working in a high pace environment with the endurance, responsiveness, and flexibility to work through multiple iterations of work and quickly adapt to varying priorities
· Detail-oriented and organized with strong project management skills
· Superior PowerPoint and Excel skills
