Work you'll do

As the Content Services leader, you'll provide critical leadership, strategic oversight and guidance for the Content Publishing and Quality Programs that work on next generation, cutting-edge knowledge platforms and deliver services that are global in vision and scope. This can include:
• Providing leadership guidance to the 100 member team to continually maintain and grow the health, depth and quality of the knowledge within the knowledge platforms, to deliver the content most valued by Deloitte practitioners and to deliver services effectively
• Guiding the evolution of the program to increase value delivered to practitioners
• Guiding the development of next generation knowledge platforms and tools
• Driving process automation and continuous process improvement
• Developing and driving strategic approaches to content service prioritization and delivery
• Articulating the business impact delivered by the program
• Leading engagement with stakeholders to prioritize content services

Who you'll work with:

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.


  • Demonstrated strategic and innovative thinker with problem-solving skills
  • Proven success leading a knowledge publishing team and driving continuous improvement
  • Ability to work with all levels of an organization, including the ability to ‘lead by influence’ and energize teams of multiple skills and job disciplines 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport, trust and confidence and manage customer expectations
  • High comfort level working, managing teams and collaborating in a virtual, global environment
  • Experience managing change, acting as a change agent to influence others
