Work you'll do

Individuals in this role are responsible for managing the contract execution process with special attention on high priority contracts including contract development, contract lifecycle governance, and contract compliance efforts.
 
· Draft Supplier Contracts
  • Leverage standard legal contract templates and Category Execution team guidance to create supplier contracts
  • Manage the creation of tailored terms and conditions as needed, consulting with Legal when necessary for guidance
  • Ensure contracts are consistent with business and category strategy objectives, compliant with corporate and legal requirements, and inclusive
  • Ensure proper upload and maintenance of contract data on appropriate systems
  • Track and documents key contract terms for future compliance and value realization efforts
 
· Monitors contract term and price compliance
  • Establish review and audit cycle to ensure contract term compliance
  • Document price discrepancies, estimated total value, and follows up with relevant stakeholders for resolution
  • Seek opportunities to automate price compliance activities
 
Create & maintain contract management tools and templates
  • Manage global contract template repository
  • Review requests for changes to contract language, terms, and conditions
  • Implement policies and processes to support ongoing maintenance of templates
  • Manage contract data management tool(s)
  • Implement global supplier contracting strategies and policies
  • Manage contract database content, including entering data, running reports, and performing quality checks

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.

Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor’s Degree required
 
Years of Experience : 4+ years of experience
  
Skills :
  • Experience in contract management requirements by DTTL functional area and region
  • Knowledge of contract management technologies
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills to drive coordination between CoRe Procurement, suppliers, and Member Firm stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes
  • Understanding of supplier performance reporting platforms
  • Ability to create and manipulate contract databases
