Work you'll do

Develops and oversees the execution of culture transformation initiatives to engage practitioners in knowledge sharing and achieve Deloitte’s vision for a proactive knowledge sharing culture, including:
• Setting and communicating clear knowledge sharing expectations
• Driving seamless integration of the Knowledge Exchange (KX) and knowledge sharing into day-to-day global and local business workflows and systems.
• Defining and executing a program of reward and recognition activities
• Embedding knowledge sharing into key Talent processes, including promotion processes, Talent Standards and leader KPIs.
• Leading the ongoing integration of knowledge sharing into Deloitte’s member firm governance program (Member Firm Standards), developing strong relationships with global business and CoRe KS teams to monitor, reporting progress against and achieve agreed targets.
• Identifying culture-related areas to capture client service practitioner feedback and using this to drive and adapt innovative practitioner engagement initiatives.

The team

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.


Experienced change management professional, with a minimum of 5 years experience managing change programs and leading a variety of stakeholder groups through complex transformational projects.
•Bachelor’s degree required; relevant fields of study may include Business, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, or Change Management). Communications.
•Deep understanding of leading change management best practices and methodologies (eg Prosci, Adkar), and proven experience of measuring the effectiveness of culture transformation initiatives.
•Customer-focused, with a solid understanding of how people respond and adapt to change; excellent communication and writing skills with ability to influence a variety of audiences and achieve intended outcomes.
•Self-starter with proven project management experience and the ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment, delivering results in time and to a high standard.
