Work you'll do
- Develop external thought leadership, op-eds and blogs that will be published on behalf of Deloitte, synthesizing and conveying messaging in a clear, consistent and human manner.
- Develop internal communications materials such as talking points, FAQs and other messaging materials to ensure our leaders and spokespeople speak with a consistent voice.
- Serve as key contributor on materials related to Deloitte research on topics including Purpose, climate change, ESG, mental health, millennials and Gen Z, among other signature issues and impact.
- Develop written content for a variety of channels including digital, social, long form and paid.
- Work with the Deloitte Global Media team to manage editorial calendar and review process for written materials to ensure deadlines are met and pieces are published in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop communications materials that influence and persuade.
- Advanced understanding of AP style and grammar.
- A strong writing background, including providing writing samples, is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong relationship building/relationship management skills with all levels.
- Ability to interact, work with, and advise senior leadership in a complex, matrix organization.
- Ability to juggle multiple writing projects at one time.
- Bachelor’s Degree;10-15+ years of experience writing and leading writing programs for writer for a large corporation, university, professional services firm, government agency or financial services organization.
