Work you'll do
The Member Firm Restructuring & Standards team has two focus areas. The Member Firm Restructuring (MFR) pillar provides operational support and guidance to Deloitte “member firms” and geographies that have experienced brand-damaging events or are under significant pressure financially and operationally to improve performance. The Member Firm Standards (MFS) team manages the principle-based standards that support Deloitte’s pursuit of excellence, define member firms’ fundamental responsibilities to enhance the brand, and recognize their mutual accountability to support each other’s success.
Throughout the course of the internship, interns either work on-site or virtually and have regular events, weekly lunch and learning sessions, and receive training customized by our business units. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into supporting the needs of Deloitte around the globe in an organization of over 300,000 employees and over $46 billion in revenue. You will understand first-hand what a career with Deloitte is like and have the opportunity to build a cross-functional professional network.
