Work you'll do

In this interesting and diverse role, you will also learn to

  • Leverage your education and experience to develop your understanding of our internal customer challenges by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Elicit and document functional requirements and test strategies for technical solutions to meet business needs.  
  • Work on projects /operation support activities assigned by the managers, complying with the expected quality and deliverables due dates.
  • Respond proactively to both business and project issues and escalate appropriately.
  • Prepare draft presentations for management meetings.
  • Document meeting results/outcome for follow-up action(s) and next steps.
  • Participate in research activities and contribute to and prepare recommendation reports based on analysis>
  • Participate in technical / non-technical training defined by the Program.
  • Work “on job” shadowing in the assigned are.
  • Work with mentors along the year on the agreed development goals.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

The team

You will work as an entry level professional within the Salesforce COE.

This entry level full-time role (starting as an Apprentice in year 1 will help prepare you to grow within Deloitte. The ideal candidates for the Apprenticeship program are young professionals wanting to grow their technical, leadership, and professional abilities! You will be assigned to the Salesforce COE where you will actively participate in projects and/or operation support activities and work closely with other Deloitte professionals. 





Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, or IT related degree
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on Salesforce
  • Proactivity in identification and resolution of issues
  • Ability to work in diverse, decentralized teams across diverse cultures
  • High degree of creativity
  • Motivated to learn new things


Preferred:
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio
  • Work experience in Information Technology
