Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) seeks a UX/UI Designer for the Global Brand & Marketing Studio located within the Deloitte Technology (Global) organization. The Designer is a global change agent in the transformation of our flagship site, The individual partners with the Applied Creative Experiences Leader, development team and business stakeholders.  In addition, the Specialist will manage a distributed, UI/UX team to deliver aggressive outcomes.

The Designer is responsible for compiling, reconciling and challenging business requirements based on innovative trends, analysis and UX research. The individual leads the UI/UX team to design and create wireframes, user flows/journeys and visual design working in close collaboration with stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate has a firm, hands-on grasp of the underlying MarTech to inform and influence designs, and the thirst to flag and embrace new innovative, creative experiences and digital marketing concepts.

The UX/UI Designer is a subject matter expert, project champion, and change agent for, liaising with internal stakeholders to communicate critical updates, identifying needs, addressing concerns, and driving the project forward. The individual embraces and informs the long-term vision while ensuring the short-term delivery of tactical requirements are delivered and adopted. The Specialist is customer-centric, technically savvy, and focuses on operational excellence. These characteristics thrive in this fast-moving, team-oriented environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Define and help maintain design system for website, including core functionality
  • Drive cross-functional project teams and project schedules for our website enhancement and optimization efforts
  • Maintain and manage A/B testing calendar for technical and business stakeholders
  • Serve as key liaison between staff responsible for designing wireframes, UX flows/journeys, page layout, features and UX lead and product owners
  • Support design team in creation of mock-ups and low-fidelity prototypes
  • As needed, lead projects that address bespoke experiences and/or technology requirements manifest through
  • Incorporates brand, personalization, localization, web accessibility, mobile and SEO into their holistic thinking when coming up with designs and experiences
  • Trusted advisor to stakeholders worldwide with questions, guidance, and other support needs
  • Collaborate with business analysts to prioritize and maintain backlog of UI/UX requests

Who you'll work with:

  • 8+ years of experience in UX Design
  • Experience managing or leading design teams, offshore and/or onshore
  • Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications (required)
  • Front-end development knowledge – HTML, CSS and javascript
  • Experience balancing product, development, and audience goals and priorities
  • Experience working on a product delivery from ideation to deployment
  • Strong written, verbal communication and analytics skills to articulate and convey complex perspectives to IT and non-IT audiences
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Web accessibility, SEO, and A/B testing


  • Adobe Analytics or equivalent knowledge a plus 
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) knowledge a plus
