Work you'll do

Deloitte Global is transforming our digital experience and the operations that support it. We are looking for a Digital Analytics Director to help elevate our digital marketing operations from good to world-class. The Director will initially draft a revised scope of services for the Analytics team, recruit additional roles to the team, and then lead that expanded team to deliver data strategy, campaign optimization, and performance insights to a variety of brand and marketing stakeholders.

The candidate will be expected to:

             Deliver strategic recommendations for using digital channels to achieve business outcomes to the Global Brand leader, Global CMO, and other senior leaders

             Be a change agent; drive the transition to a more performance-oriented and test/learn-focused organization; develop a vision and craft a compelling business case for additional evolution: e.g., CRM integration, client insights, sales enablement

             Refine, document, and lead a digital marketing analytics program including programs to assess brand health and reputation, improve decision making, and inform market planning and optimization

             Help recruit an expanded team of analytics professionals specializing in data management, visualization, channel and campaign optimization, and insights

             Foster a culture that is user-centric, data-driven, inclusive and innovative

             Lead an international community of practice to optimize the impact of our marketing investments, ensure our global platforms meet the needs of our organization across all geographies and lines of business, and to drive alignment and best practices

             Define, document and institutionalize standardized analytics processes and data governance to assemble a more complete view of marketing data across the enterprise

             Lead marketing mix modelling and attribution programs to inform marketing planning and optimization

             Deliver a continuously optimized digital experience that delivers measurable business outcomes

Qualifications:

Technical skills:

             Advanced knowledge of analytics methodologies and best practices, expertise in cross-channel campaign measurement and listening programs a plus

             Highly knowledgeable about related topics: privacy, security, data residency, data integration, tools and trends in the industry

             Storytelling: ability to turn complex data into actionable insights

             Advanced Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager skills

             Strong visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc)

             Strong knowledge of data warehousing

             Strong Microsoft Office skills

             Knowledge of social listening and earned media measurement technologies; Sprinklr a plus

             Understanding of ad serving, database, CRM, CDP, and Voice of Customer platforms

             Strong written and verbal communications skills, including in-person or virtual presentation

             Demonstrated experience working with cross-cultural teams; strong appreciation for cultural differences and ability to adapt approaches as required

             Ability to work and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often deadline driven environment, with a practical and pragmatic approach to delivery

             Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, and work collaboratively with and through others

             Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills

             Understand business challenges to drive change and improve the visitor experience

             Ability to navigate and operate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex organization
