Work you'll do

Deloitte Global is transforming our digital experience and the operations that support it. We are looking for a Digital Analytics Manager to help elevate our digital marketing operations from good to world-class. In this role you will be responsible for defining our global brand and marketing data strategy: ensuring we are capturing the right data, respecting the privacy of our users, that the data is defined and structured so that it can be visualized to drive brand and marketing decisions.
 
As the Digital Analytics Manager, you will: 
 
• Assess our current state of capture and storage of data from channels such as Deloitte.com and social media and recommend improvements
 
• Partner with our Technology organization to implement improvements to our data approach
 
• Partner with data visualization and insights specialists to ensure self-services dashboards and custom reporting are accurate, comprehensive and insightful
 
• Develop and champion a vision for data-driven marketing; drive adoption of best practices and make the case for future investment as needed
 
• Define, document and institutionalize standardized processes and data governance
 
• Lead marketing mix modelling and attribution programs to inform marketing planning and optimization
 
• Lead a small international team of analytics professionals

Qualifications:

 
Technical skills:
 
• Advanced knowledge of analytics methodologies and best practices, expertise in cross-channel campaign measurement and listening programs a plus
 
• Highly knowledgeable about related topics: privacy, security, data residency, data integration, tools and trends in the industry
 
• Storytelling: ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
 
• Advanced Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager skills
 
• Visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
 
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing
 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
 
• Knowledge of social listening and earned media measurement technologies; Sprinklr a plus
 
• Understanding of ad serving, database, CRM, CDP, and Voice of Customer platforms

• Strong written and verbal communications skills, including in-person or virtual presentation
 
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-cultural teams; strong appreciation for cultural differences and ability to adapt approaches as required
 
• Ability to work and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often deadline driven environment, with a pragmatic approach to delivery
 
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, and work collaboratively with others
 
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
 
• Understand business challenges to drive change and improve the visitor experience
 
• Ability to navigate and operate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex organization
