Work you'll do

Deloitte, Touche, Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) seeks a Global Content Publishing Manager, supporting the Digital Experience Center of Excellence within the Global Brand & Marketing organization. This individual will lead a team responsible for creating and publishing core and network content to Deloitte’s digital channels to include Deloitte.com and associated social media channels. This role will serve as subject matter expert for content authoring in our Adobe system, collaborating with stakeholders, creatives, and digital strategies to bring world-class user experiences to life on Deloitte.com.

This role will own and be accountable for ensuring all core and network content and campaigns are delivered the “last mile” – publishing and promoting across Deloitte’s digital channels. An individual that can drive towards a long-term vision while ensuring the delivery of tactical requirements is highly valued. Proven experience in digital content creation, publishing, promotion, and content and channel management is central towards this function. Those with a strong client service orientation, technical skills, and a focus on operational excellence will thrive in this team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of an optimized, omni-channel experience across Deloitte’s Website, social media, and associated digital channels.
  • Drive forward the transformation of our flagship Website Deloitte.com and branded social media channels by bringing to life world class content and experiences.
  • Oversee a team responsible for the authoring of all core and network content on Deloitte.com and its promotion across social media channels.
  • Contribute to and manage team inputs to work in progress (WIP) reporting and publishing calendar, connecting and collaborating with team leaders weekly to ensure the on-time delivery of campaigns and content.
  • Analyze and understand end-to-end customer experiences to make sure all content is consistent in voice/tone/construction and technically correct.· Collaborate with product marketing, business lines, UX and Search Engine Optimization peers to create world-class customer experiences through Deloitte.com by continually evolving the underlying templates and components.
  • Serve as key liaison between staff responsible for designing page layout, content, and features and key business stakeholders and owners.
  • As needed, lead projects address bespoke experiences and/or technology requirements manifest through Deloitte.com

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 5 years of professional experience authoring and publishing content to websites and/or social media
  • Ability to successfully balance multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines – serving as overseer, consultant, and executor within Deloitte’s publishing process
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and templates, web page creation and publishing
  • Understanding of enterprise social media management and publishing technologies, Sprinklr is greatly desired
  • Hands-on experience supporting a corporate Website or other large, web-based transformation project
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, approaches and issues
  • Excellent verbal and written command of the English language, secondary languages are desired
  • Good communication, facilitation, and people skills
  • Knowledge of Brightcove video platform is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of Deloitte and/or B2B professional services is a plus
