Work you'll do

The Digital Operations Senior Manager is part of Deloitte Global’s Digital Experience team, and leads, collaborates, and works closely with members of Global Brand and Marketing and local geography brand, marketing, and digital teams. This role will have two areas of focus, to directly support the strategic evolution of GDEC team operations and to oversee a team that facilitates strategic planning, governance, and decision-making around Deloitte’s digital content and campaigns supported by the GDEC. This role supports the Digital Experience Director and reports to the Campaigns and Channels Strategy Director.
In this role you will: 
  • Lead day to day activities and strategic initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the Digital Experience Director and Campaigns and Channels Strategy Director
  • Oversee staff focused on optimizing content and campaign operations, streamlining the processes, workflows, and technologies supporting the ideation, creation, publication, promotion, and retirement of content across external digital channels
  • Produce specialized communications to support governance, eminence (internal and external), as well as crisis communications
  • Develop agendas and structures meetings for critical discussions and stakeholder conversations
  • Assist and communicate with the Global Digital Experience Community stakeholders, leaders, and Member Firms in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Collaborate with talent councils and people strategy leaders to engage the digital experience community
  • Lead and manage day to day and specialized communications related to events, people and culture programs alongside marketing presentations and videos
  • Assist the Digital Experience Leader with new hires, including documentation, onboarding, and collaborating to address employee concerns

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Minimum of 7 years in a business, executive, program management, marketing, or brand management role
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments in highly matrixed organizations
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity through key performance indicators
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Experience with managing, administering, and designing content strategy and leading editorial management tasks and associated actions
  • Experience with data analysis, budget management, operations and/or consulting experience
  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
  • Proven success in leading a project or program management office role
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
