Work you'll do
This role works directly with Deloitte Global businesses and Deloitte Firms to improve the end-to-end client contracts process for the entire sales lifecycle. As a Director, you will be responsible for leading strategy, development, and implementation of global contracting enablers. You will drive the enhancements for existing contracting approaches across Deloitte Firms and oversee resource capabilities. This role requires effective communications across Deloitte Global, Deloitte Firms and multiple geographies.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Overseeing the Global Operate work threads for contracting
- Providing direction for strategy and development of contracting enablers for Global Operate teams/functions, Deloitte Firms and other business areas by:
- Identifying approach modifications
- Directing the development of network guidance to address market terms and conditions
- Standardizing tools (where appropriate)
- Leveraging existing best practices from the Deloitte Firms, including real-time feedback from the field
- Partnering with Global Business leaders to adapt contracting enablers; addressing service-specific nuances in Operate services
- Leading the deployment of contracting enablers with input and agreement across businesses
- Driving training development and deployment, including the promotion of Operate deal-specific expertise

Qualifications:
- 12+ years of management consulting or client services experience, leading global programs
- 10+ years of experience with rollouts of global standards, tools and technology across global organizations
- Proficient in leading strategy, driving process improvements, best practices, and reusable/repeatable artifacts for organizations
- Experienced with evaluating and identifying risk; developing systematic risk mitigation approaches (e.g., contractual and operational)
- Proven ability to influence buy-in and results among all work-levels, cross-border stakeholders, and sovereign decision-makers
- Global experience leading end-to-end process design, road mapping and deployment for associated enablers
- Successfully development training for end users
