The Global Alliance Sales Excellence & Market Growth Manager will work directly with the Global Alliance and Consulting Leadership to manage the development and execution of growth, in alignment with the priority alliance-driven growth strategies. This strategic function is critical for driving continued growth of an $18B sales portfolio to sustain market capture and create net-new revenue streams. In addition, this role is responsible for managing the syndication and allocation of a $50M investment to achieve these growth aspirations.
Work with the Alliances leaders and teams to:
- Define Deloitte-Partner alliance-specific targets and resource/personnel investments
- Perform pipeline analysis and forecast market capture and sales to realize defined targets
- Develop strategies and tactics to scale growth opportunities across regions, industries, and sectors across strategic growth initiatives
- Operational execution of the Global Alliance program with a broad purview across both program and multiple Global Alliance-level operational areas
- Performs senior leader engagement and facilitation of alliance target setting
- Coordinates teams to drive strategic planning refresh
- Conducts investment management across acceleration funding and Alliance relevant investments
- Manages foundational funding and the Member Firm Contribution model, budgeting, resourcing, and contracting

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in roles that require strong Management Consulting and Portfolio Management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working in a matrixed, multi-national or global organization
- MBA a plus

- Previous market/client-facing experience
- Knowledge and previous experience in innovation, strategy, operations, or technology architecture
- Portfolio management experience
- Experience developing investment business cases across global teams
- Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
- Ability to identify market opportunities, and develop opportunity growth forecast
- Ability to develop and implement sarategies
- Ability to anticipate and drive mitigation around program risks
- Excellent Problem solver
- Proficient PowerPoint and Excel modeling
