Work you'll do

The role supports the Global Business Assurance Leader and the Global A&A Climate/ESG Leader in scaling-up and growing the Business Assurance practice. Also, for supporting growth of our Climate/ESG Assurance offerings. The Global Business Assurance Manager, Climate/ESG will also assists with the development of learning & training programs (e.g. Climate/ESG bootcamps) globally. They will also manage all aspects of training programs including webcasts, logistics and training materials. 
Responsibilities:
Plans and leads initiatives improving the collaboration with the Risk Advisory Business Unit on Climate/ESG engagements
Creates new assets and training material to improve Climate/ESG capabilities and lead deployment/adoption activities
Leads and plans initiatives to increase awareness of Climate/ESG digital assets and tools across Member Firm (MF) practitioners, increasing adoption and improving products and offerings
Liaises between multiple leaders to define Integrated Reporting services and initiatives
Tracks success for both attest and non-attest (advisory related) services, while representing the voice of the Global Assurance business related to Climate/ESG
Conducts regular touchpoints with MF Business Assurance leaders (related to Climate/ESG) and practitioners gauging the pulse of the practice, trends, and opportunities for growth
Works with Global Assurance’s GC&I, Learning, Deployment, and Quality & Risk Leaders to support MF to pursue and win engagements, increasing capabilities, efficiencies and quality of engagement delivery 
Develops materials to assist the practice with go-to-market, wins, and delivery of engagements

Who you'll work with:

Global Audit & Assurance delivers a strong foundation of audit practices for Deloitte around the world. We leverage new ideas and technologies to raise quality standards, drive growth and change, and define the audit of the future.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (or equivalent)
2 years of PMO experience, driving projects from conception to launch/deployment in a fast-paced environment
2 years of experience with client proposals and on delivery of Climate/ESG services, Audit & Assurance perspective (both attest and advisory related)
Proven ability for strategic and critical thinking
Demonstrates an innovative mindset with an understanding about opportunities to disrupt traditional methodologies through new services or technology
Experienced in project management and project delivery
Possesses strong stakeholder management, facilitate meetings (regular basis) and ability to work closely with leadership globally 
Strong technical skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
Proven ability to remain flexible in an evolving environment, with high tolerance for ambiguity
Professionally Qualified or Certified Auditor/Accountant (e.g., CPA / CA / ACCA)
