Work you'll do
Our Global Assurance Innovation Manager will support and review quantitative and qualitative analysis for market segmentation and sizing. Additionally, this role will review market trend and competitive landscape analyses, client portfolio analyses, business and financial modeling, operations analyses, etc. Another important responsibility is leading the development of Assurance digital assets (external SaaS and internal tools) across multiple Deloitte businesses. The Global Assurance Innovation Manager will also develop go-to-market deployment plans, market/pricing research, assisting with technical user story/feature cataloguing (product owner responsibilities), product demos, and working with local stakeholders to standup products.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between businesses (i.e. Technology, Legal, Risk etc.) for the standup deployment of products
- Navigate multiple matrixed processes from technical accounting approvals to risk/legal considerations, and user acceptance testing
- Assist with defining project scope, recommending approaches, and managing execution of strategic projects
- Establish analytical frameworks to identify, prioritize, structure, and select, build and launch innovations
- Support the management of data gathering, stakeholder interviews, internal and external research and issues analysis activities
- Closely work with member firms to develop, review, and monitor their deployment against key success factors and metrics
- Provide strategic guidance on deployment and adoption activities, including overall approach, learning/training, communications, and metric tracking

Qualifications
- Strong passion for digitization, innovation, transformation, technology, product management and analytics
- Experience is professional services and an entrepreneurial mindset (ability to navigate ambiguity)
- Exceptional technical skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Product development experience utilizing agile methodologies, developing user stories, and UX design best practices; ability to act as a Product Owner
- Influencing skills that drive alignment in a non-hierarchical environment
- Experience creating strategic deployment plans, track growth metrics, lead cross-functional teams, complex projects with multiple workstreams and deliverables
- Ability to empathize with users and stakeholders, and balance tradeoffs of trends, needs, and pain points
