 InK is a strategic component supporting the goals and objectives of Global Audit & Assurance (GAA) Transformation initiatives. The Information & Knowledge (InK) Program Senior Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the management and delivery of a portfolio of complex enterprise-wide projects as part of Audit & Assurance Products and Solutions. Our InK Program Senior Manager will be ensuring that projects are delivered in an integrated fashion across the portfolio on time, on budget, to scope and with the desired quality.

Our InK Program Senior Manager will sit within the Integrated Program Management Office of Transformation within GAA. This role is both changing and complex, spanning multiple technology solutions and functional areas. The InK Program Senior Manager will collaborate with a complex program that establishes credibility, relationship building, and technical knowledge to apply the judgement and discretion demanded by this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the overall planning and execution of high visibility projects following organizational procedures and agile methods to meet technology and business requirements on time and within budget.
  • Partner and collaborate with delivery leads/release managers and cross-integration project teams for effective project delivery.
  • Responsible for the translation of business objectives, capability requirements into the program roadmap that ensures alignment to Transformation initiatives, strategies & priorities
  • Work with leadership and product management to understand program and project stakeholders and identify opportunities to increase stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely communication flow between projects, leadership and key stakeholders in pursuit of alignment of decision making
  • Drive the preparation and consolidation of leadership dashboards and reports, providing progress updates and the ability to make prioritization decisions
  • Proactively identify and manage the resolution of risks and issues that may negatively impact project deliverables, seeks, and implements innovative ways to remove project obstacles.
  • Oversees the InK program budget and operations, including forecasting, regular/ongoing tracking and variance analysis, and vendor management (e.g., contracts, statements of work)

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience managing large, complex, cross-functional IT projects/programs in a global environment utilizing a structured project management technology and formal tools/approaches
  • Bachelor’s degree, equivalent experience or similar professional qualification in the Program/Project management field
  • Proficiency with core PM tools including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Proven ability to navigate corporate environments and complex landscape
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP), or ability to achieve certificatio
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, including agile, waterfall, hybrid (iterative), SAFe and Scrum
