Work you'll do
Our Learning Developer supports the Deloitte Omnia portfolio. This role will own the design and development of specific learning content and support maintenance and updates. Additionally, this role will proactively determine the needs and assess the impact of external and internal changes on existing Omnia content. This developer role will work with Omnia Subject Matter Experts (SME) on new learning content development, refreshes or transformations of existing Deloitte Omnia content to build technical knowledge.
- Execute and contribute to the alternative approaches of the Omnia development when needed
- Develop points of view on opportunities, formal and informal, to further build Deloitte Omnia capabilities
- Facilitate reviews of the Deloitte Omnia learning portfolio to identify gaps and focus areas
- Participate in resource and workload planning to deliver the Deloitte Omnia learning plans
- Build relationships with Subject Matter Experts and Technical Reviewers for Deloitte Omnia
- Collaborate with SME, Technical Reviewers and Learning Leadership for shared goals
- Provide input on strategic initiatives, including exploration of leading-edge development tools and techniques
The team
Qualifications
- Audit and Assurance tools and technology and audit client service experience of delivery of Tier 1 to 3 Audit Engagements
- Extensive experience of working in the EMS audit platform
- Learning development experience desirable
- Solid technical and writing skills, ability to research, summarize and apply auditing/accounting standards, Deloitte methodology and guidance and related content
- Solid foundation in project management skills to balance multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel globally if needed
