Work you'll do

Our Transformation and Change Manager is vital to the understanding of deployment and adoption activity across all programs/projects within the portfolio. This includes status, release dates, issues/risks, member firm readiness and adoption etc. Additionally, this role will manage the involvement in project planning and definition of scope and provide strategic guidance on deployment and adoption activities. Another vital responsibility is leading organizational change activities including culture change. This role maintains holistic view of the active/coming projects across multiple areas and update appropriate dashboards.


Responsibilities:

Leads risk assessment and mitigation strategies 
Directs collaboration with global, regional, and/or local member firm teams to promote adoption of solutions, practices and processes 
Works with member firms to develop, review, and monitor their deployment and adoption plans for various initiatives 
Manages and leads change-related activities, such as communication planning, coordination with global learning team on learning delivery and developing change-related methods 
Ensures contribution to project risk assessment and release readiness processes 
Delivers project, program and leadership updates 
Gathers feedback from member firms and make recommendations for improvement 
Demonstrates contribution to meeting stakeholder commitments as evidenced by satisfactory or above ratings from project leadership, team members and peers People management 
Develops and trains other resources on our established methodologies and tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, or an acceptable amount of professional experience working in a matrixed global environment       
5 years of experience leading project teams on change management, adoption projects, thorough understand of instructional design principles 
8 + years of experience in professional/client services capacity, emphasizing development/management skills in the following areas: communication, change management, organizational culture change, documentation and/or learning
Experience working in a matrixed global environment 
Professional knowledge of enterprise solution implementations within a global setting 
Proven ability to negotiate with and influence others
Advanced understanding of tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, O365, SharePoint, Articulate, BrainShark, Adobe Captivate, HTML, Articulate, and Skype
Exhibits ability to work within a virtual team environment, including virtual resource management
