Work you'll do
- Direct, leads and oversee the planning, design, implementation and execution of initiatives, to drive behaviors and processes to meet regulatory and policy requirements related to conflicts of interest.
- Champion innovative process excellence, change management and training initiatives (in-person and remote) designed to improve awareness, compliance, consistency and efficiency of conflict checking procedures.
- Provides support to Conflicts professionals across the Deloitte Global Conflicts network.
- Interacts with senior leaders in Deloitte Global, as well as member firms’ Conflicts Leaders regarding development of global Conflicts policy, quality control activities, and consultations.
- Designs, develops and oversees Global Conflicts key initiatives, working with Global Conflicts Leadership and the Global Conflicts Advisory Group.
- Manages initiatives and projects throughout the year and provides regular reports to Global Conflicts Leadership.
- Supports internal communication and training programs to deliver universal, consistent messages related to Conflicts requirements and quality control initiatives.
- Coordinates Global Conflicts Practice Reviews of member firms and geographies.
- Designs, deploys and supports technology solution(s) to drive efficiency and promote quality decision-making around the Conflict Checking process across the Global network.
- Acts as Business Product Owner of new Global Conflict Checking system (Paradigm, currently under development) as well as the existing, legacy system (DCCS) with the following responsibilities:
- Lead product governance Working Group (WG) comprised of member firm Conflicts Leaders and SMEs
- Manage Product releases including aligning with product governance to prioritize enhancements and define project scope; review/manage requirements; lead UAT; and manage deployment including developing/issuing release communications.
- Maintain product functional enhancement backlog and align with WG to prioritize for consideration in upcoming releases.
- Manage production environment including troubleshooting issues and working Deloitte Technology to define/implement fixes or workarounds.
- Act as point of contact for the Global Conflicts Network for business and process questions related to Paradigm Conflicts module and DCCS.
- Maintain product homepages (including content updates) on Deloitte Resources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience in conflicts management, project management and regulatory compliance experience preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience with position/job responsibilities in compliance, regulatory, or risk management-enabling technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as DCCS, DESC, and other relevant Conflict related tools.
- In depth understanding of professional standards and policies related to conflicts of interest.
- Experience with process excellence is preferred.
- Track record of successful senior stakeholder management
- Prior experience working with Deloitte global network
- Prior experience in developing and implementing technical solutions using Agile methodology preferred
