Work you'll do
- In this interesting and diverse role, you will lead work closely with the Global Deloitte Private and Family Enterprise Leader to define the long-term strategic direction for the Global Family Enterprise CoE
- You will oversee and lead high-visibility Deloitte Private strategic initiatives as identified throughout the year to deliver on Deloitte Private Program objectives, with a focus on the Family Enterprise sub-segment. Some examples of projects could include: designing and executing a consistent go to market approach to expand our marketplace presence for the FE sub-segment, developing /executing a global FE learning strategy and communications plan, supporting the Pursuit Center of Excellence and sizing/monitoring the Deloitte Private / FE client base.
- You will work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders around the world to lead the development of strategic perspectives on Deloitte Private and Family Enterprise in key geographies and sectors, opportunity identification and prioritization, member firm and regional alignment, and other activities that help realize global strategies
- You will use your executive communications skills to lead content development for presentations and reports for the DTTL CEO, Executive, Global Clients & Industries Executive/Council, Global Deloitte Private Executive, Deloitte Private Leadership, and other high-profile leadership events as required
- You will deliver impact through your leadership of qualitative and quantitative analysis, concepts, frameworks and story board to advise senior leadership on delivering a measurable impact in focus areas
- You will influence how we operate by defining and executing processes and identifying technology support for gathering, integrating, and leveraging Deloitte Private information across businesses, regions, and member firms

Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting or strategic initiatives, with a bachelor’s degree in related field required; advanced degree from a top school preferred
- Lead full life cycle of strategic initiatives from conceptualization to delivery with ability to creatively resolve issues while maintaining line of sight to the strategic outcomes; including strong project management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to prepare executive ready materials that “tell-the-story” succinctly and logically; ability to flex the communication and messaging to the audience and context
- Outstanding research and analytical skills: ability to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and integrate into meaningful reports and recommendations, with strong attention to detail
- Builds effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies, and proven ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and virtual environment for effective outcome
- High degree of endurance with ability to multi-task and deliver on portions of multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and also adapt quickly to constantly varying priorities and subject matter
