Work you'll do

As the Global Marketing Manager Technology, Media & Telecommunications, you will develop and execute integrated marketing and communication plans drawing upon all elements of the marketing mix/communications channels. Specifically:

  • Work with TMT Marketing Leader to consult and collaborate with all stakeholders i.e., Global Industry Leader/Global Sector Leaders, Businesses and Member Firm leaders to clearly define Marketing Campaign objectives and deliver expected results.
  • Manage the marketing strategy and campaign for select priorities.
  • Collaborate with member firm (MF) marketers to support the development and execution of the global marketing strategy and campaigns e.g., amplification of MF content/supporting research and distribution of content to clients through member firm CRM systems.
  • Assist with third party relationships in collaboration with industry/sector teams and the Industry Marketing Leaders (e.g., key industry associations/partners, agencies used for design/development of content, event and conference organizers for sponsorships and profiling). 
  • Assess needs, write, edit, produce, and manage distribution of internal and external marketing content for the campaigns; leverage internal resources (e.g., GC&I Marketing Services team, Green Dot Agency, CoRE Creative Services, Global PR, additional internal design studios, internal channel owners, etc.) to effectively execute on the planned campaigns across all channels.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and DTTL brand standards for marketing as appropriate.
  • Manage sector/industry marketing campaign metrics (ROI) and provide input and feedback to help shape delivery and measurement process; adjust plans and tactics based upon collected metrics.

Who you'll work with:

Global Clients & Industry provides expertise and knowledge around industries, clients, and markets to win new engagements, retain clients, and increase market share. Using industry insight, a multidisciplinary approach, and cross-border collaboration, we support lead client service professionals and their teams around the world.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing and communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Point and Excel.
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to drive campaign content/approach from the view of the audience.
  • Advanced skills in English, verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills; with an ear for authentic, persuasive language, strong listening skills, and quick understanding of audience and content.
  • Open-minded creativity and imagination; a good eye for compelling visual design.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills; team-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong relationship building/relationship management skills and proven influencing skills.
  • Up to 20% travel may be required.
  • Experience in TMT is a plus
