Work you'll do

In this role, you would be a member of the Global Operate team, working with Global businesses (Consulting, Tax & Legal, Cyber) and the Member Firms (MF) through the Capability build process. As the Capability Build Manager, you will work with the Capability Build Leader to drive visibility, alignment and sharing across business and MF for capability growth, Talent models and incentives. You will also identify opportunity areas, find solutions and implement them. Executing this role will require frequent coordination and communication with leaders across Global and the MFs.


  • Developing a consolidated view of capability build and analyzing for insights
  • Managing the Global Operate strategic hiring program
  • Collaborating with MF, Businesses, global delivery centers and Talent to understand existing priorities, defining solutions and leading practices, and drive alignment across all stakeholders
  • Driving commonality and standardization across businesses and alignment to Deloitte’s brand
  • Managing maintenance and continuous improvement of the Capability build programs
  • Maintaining a detailed understanding of the Capability build tasks and activities, including status, issues/risks, member firm readiness & impact points, and overall adoption status to various stakeholders
  • Partnering with Operate teams in the businesses and MFs to ensure appropriate knowledge sharing, and identifying & mitigate roadblocks to success
  • Providing updates to executive leadership

Who you'll work with:

The Global Operate Team is comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provide mission critical services to support Global Operate’ s overall success. Whether focused on sales excellence, delivery transformation, quality and risk management, contracts management, finance and operations, capability build, communications and change management, knowledge management, marketing and market intelligence, or other activities, these professionals ensure that our Firm operates efficiently, and our people can effectively serve clients every day.


  • At least 5 years of professional experience Business Solutioning, Sales, Pricing or related Business area
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with either managed services or management consulting
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related Business degree
  • Professional knowledge and experienced with performing Win/Loss Analysis, following client decision
  • Demonstrates knowledge of translating pricing model into local deal management tool
  • Familiar with Operate and a strong understanding of delivery and economics, including the role of the global delivery network
  • Exhibits strategic and innovative solutions and strong communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
  • Flexibility to attend pricing calls or meetings
