Work you'll do
This is an exciting opportunity work in a high growth, priority area of Deloitte–Operate. In this role you will be a member of the Global Operate marketing team, working with our Global businesses (Consulting, Tax & Legal, Cyber) and Member Firms to activate our Global Operate marketing plan and deliver measurable impact. You will play a pivotal role in aligning business and geography marketing teams around Operate external marketing priorities, developing impactful content and campaigns. This role is perfect for an individual looking for Deloitte Global experience.
Responsibilities:
- Activating external marketing campaigns and internal marketing/brand initiatives
- Developing Global Operate sales enablement content
- Leading client case study content management and development
- Leading media activation plans (digital, social media, search engine marketing)
- Briefing and working closely with third party marketing agencies
- Assisting Deloitte Member Firm marketing with content adaptation and localization
- Aligning external messaging and brand across businesses and Member Firms
- Coordinating and collaborating with internal communications to align on key messages

Qualifications:
- 5 years of Marketing management experience within professional services
- Highly skilled copywriter with experience drafting client case study and sales enablement content
- Communications expert both written and oral
- Experience managing digital channels and integrated marketing campaigns
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, managing different perspectives and driving consensus
- Strategic thinker with project management skills, and the ability to deliver against challenging deadlines and multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to utilize data in decision-making
- Success operating in an unstructured environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
