Work you'll do
- Lead efforts to support our Member Firms as they take advantage of strategic technology enhancements that aim to drive self-service and a seamless delivery service
- Develop deep understanding of the Performance Management system, including the web app, mobile app, and reporting
- Translate business strategy into technical requirements as part of the system development cycle
- Support the product owner to ensure the iRPM platform is developed to meet business requirements
- Partner with our Operations Lead and Operations Team to ensure key production issues are resolved
- Manage key operational analytics, trends, and insights reports
- Liaise with Global and Member Firm Privacy and Risk owners to ensure our product and strategic enhancements meet data privacy requirements
- Maintain and enhance our key communication channels, such as Deloitte Resources, to ensure our stakeholders have easy access to all relevant program materials

Qualifications:
- University degree required. Master’s degree a plus.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with or managing technology solutions, preferably in the HR function
- Minimum 1 years experience working in a large, multinational organization, preferably in the Consulting or HR/Talent function for a professional services firm
- Global system support or implementation expertise with any enterprise or cloud based HR/Talent Management System(s)
- Experience in product and program management
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and and adaptive to change
- Flexibility in working hours in order to work with global clients
- Experience working with offshore teams, as well as large, virtual project teams
- Proactive approach, ability to execute projects with minimal guidance and supervision
- High level of quality/accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and/or remotely
