Work you'll do
Responsibilities for the role would include the following:
- Supporting the Global Regulatory Reporting Director and the broader global regulatory reporting team on individual projects and initiatives to execute successfully against the group’s short- and long-term objectives
- Performing quality control reviews of cross-border regulatory reports prepared by Firms
- Working directly with engagement teams and Firms to answer questions and assist in consultations that arise during the group’s quality control review process
- Assisting in the development and distribution of standardized best practices for Member Firm process owners, including process workflow documents, timelines and checklists
- Contributing to the development of communications, presentations, and materials for internal leadership updates and briefings along with specific global regulatory reporting topics
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of various databases and technology tools.
- Maintaining the Global Regulatory Reporting resource center on Deloitte Resources

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of overall experience; client service audit experience is strongly preferred
- General knowledge of financial reporting requirements of the SEC is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and relationship management skills
- Ability to quickly understand issues and requirements
- Proven experience with managing and completing multiple concurrent tasks
- Ability to work effectively with teams in a virtual environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
