We are seeking a technology enthusiast, with a passion for shaping strategic initiatives. Our Global Sustainability and Climate Assets, Alliances Go To Market Senior Manager’s concentration will be data and technology solutions for our Sustainability & Climate business. Additionally, this role will focus on futuristically looking at our business and strategically aligning to market trends. As an effective team player, you will tackle a variety of projects. Also, key responsibilities include, designing and launching tech enabled offerings, to leading the GTM strategy and execution. Our Sustainability and Climate Assets, Alliances GTM Senior Manager will support technology positions, offerings and Alliance teams; while collaborating effectively with a variety of senior stakeholders.


  • Assists with managing Deloitte’s position in the fast-growing Sustainability & Climate technology landscape
  • Focuses on industry trends, drivers, and approaches for taking new technology solutions to the market
  • Collaborates across Assets and Alliances priorities, working in a highly matrixed, global environment
  • Owns and prioritizes Assets and Alliance partner solutions to market
  • Develops and execute impactful sales collateral and other enablement measures
  • Understands the latest technology shifts and trends, pivots towards clients’ needs
  • Keeps projects organized, on track, on time, and keen eye on integration
  • Develops plans to execute, with strong attention to detail
  • Leverages persuasive communication skills to gain consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Work globally with team members around the world in a primarily virtual environment
  • Experience with one of the major hyper-scalers or ERP Solution providers is advantageous


  • Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
  • 7 + years of professional experience with possibility data and technology; working in dimensions of Sustainability & Climate
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of professional services, and professional services approaches to assets, alliance partnerships, solution development and investment, and GTM approaches across a large, global company
  • Proven ability to execute business objectives and strategically aligning to market trends
  • Experience with major hyper-scalers or ERP Solution providers
  • Demonstrates strong Excel and PowerPoint skill (i.e. Integrate various technologies)
