Work you'll do
- Coordinate execution of the Global hot skills program for a particular skill(s) (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, Cyber)
- Support Global governance and working groups to facilitate collaboration and coordination with diverse stakeholder groups
- Collaborate between MF/GB stakeholders, fostering connection and the sharing of best practices through Working Groups and Tiger Teams
- Actively partner with other Global Learning & Development teams on other planned and in-flight initiatives (e.g., Global Badging, Cura)
- Support the linkage and connectivity to other global talent processes (e.g., Talent Experience, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition) as part of refreshed Talent Experience
- Support the globalization of assets and tools developed by MFs leading on the design and build for the in-scope skills
- Lead work aligned to the global framework for hot technology skills (e.g., Governance & Brand, Infrastructure, Ecosystem, Curricula)
- Advance other hot skills initiatives as prioritized by the strategy (e.g., hot skills identification)
The team
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' experience, preferably in the Talent / Learning function or Professional Services
- University degree required
- Utility player who has strong change management and strategy skills
- Ability to drive tasks and execution of strategy priorities across multiple business units
- Experience building consensus with a diverse group of stakeholders holding varying opinions
- Stakeholder management in a matrixed organization structure
- Strong, confident, and clear communicator
- Agile and able to work within ambiguity and fluidity

- Global mindset and experience working as part of a global community
- Strong relationship building/relationship management skills with all levels
- Flexibility in working hours to work with global stakeholders
- Experience participating in large, virtual global project teams preferred, and dealing with a diverse group of stakeholders
- High level of quality/accuracy in work (detail oriented)
- Future responsibilities could shift based on priorities on overall team deployment needs
