Work you'll do

As an User Experience Manager you will: 
  • Lead and conduct user research, testing, design, approvals and adoption
  • Support and participate in design, information architecture, user testing and search engine optimization
  • Support an international community of practice to ensure our global platforms meet the needs of our organization across all geographies and lines of business, and to drive alignment and best practices
  • Be a change agent; foster an approach that is user-centric, data-driven, inclusive and innovative
  • Document, socialize, and institutionalize new UX processes
  • Deliver a continuously optimized website experience that delivers measurable business outcomes

Who you'll work with:

Global Brand develops tools and resources to create an exciting and engaging brand identity consistent with our core values. Our digital solutions and strategies provide best-in-class presentation for elevating brand awareness to enhance our global presence while promoting collaboration and connectivity.

Qualifications:

Education (degree): BA or BS; Advanced degree preferred

Years of Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a fast-paced or large global environment


Technical skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of User Experience methodologies and best practices
  • Design skills
  • Information architecture
  • User research, user testing
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including in-person or virtual presentation
  • Strong leadership and executive presence
  •  Strong project management, team management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills; confidence in providing insights and recommendations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – particularly in PowerPoint and Excel – with the ability to create high quality and impactful deliverables
Other: 
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, persuasive and proactive attitude
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-cultural teams; strong appreciation for cultural differences and ability to adapt approaches as required
  • Ability to work and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume, and often deadline driven environment, with a practical and pragmatic approach to delivery
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, and work collaboratively with and through others
  • Navigate and operate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex organization
