Work you'll do

  • Lead select global hot skills global collaboration and strategy (e.g., Cloud, Cyber, AI/ML, Climate & Sustainability)
  • Guide and advise on global design decisions, including curriculum standards and design, enabling tools, branding, governance, and roadmap recommendations
  • Foster the sharing of best practices across MF/GB, mitigating barriers and driving activity through Working Groups and skill-specific Tiger Teams
  • Project manage various initiatives and deliverables, including defining approach, managing stakeholders, partnering with colleagues across teams and MFs/GBs and developing high caliber written and verbal communications
  • Liaise with other Global Learning & Development teams to align with ongoing and planned initiatives (e.g., Badging, Cura)
  • Oversee the linkage and connectivity to other global talent processes (e.g., Hire to Train) and manage relationships with global talent stakeholders (e.g., Talent Experience, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a Talent / Learning function or professional services firm
  • Previous experience with talent development / upskilling strategies, preferably in the context of Future of Work
  • Ability to drive tasks and execution of strategic priorities across multiple teams
  • Significant experience building consensus with a diverse group of stakeholders holding varying opinions
  • Previous experience managing large scale, multi-stream projects, preferably with experience/exposure to Talent or Learning and Development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce and coach team on high quality written work and deliverables
  • Strong project management, time management, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Agile and able to work within ambiguity and fluidity
 
Other Qualifications:
  • University degree required
  • Mastery proficiency level of English
  • Global mindset and experience working as part of a global community
  • Strong relationship building/relationship management skills with all levels
  • Flexibility in working hours to work with global stakeholders
  • Experience participating in large, virtual global project teams preferred, and dealing with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • High level of quality/accuracy in work (detail oriented)
  • Future responsibilities could shift based on priorities
