Work you'll do

As a ServiceNow Analyst & Administrator Manager, you will, among other possible duties:

  • Configure and enhance core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting
  • Resolve business incidents and request ServiceNow tickets independently.
  • Support implemented and proposed solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Participate in deployment of features and any ServiceNow releases.
  • Support the development and growth of the services delivered by the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
  • ServiceNow Admin Certified
  • ITIL V3 / V4 Foundation Certified
  • Excellent communications skills required - verbally with all levels of customer IT and business management, as well as written with technical assessments and project related reports
  • Demonstrated self-direction and attention to detail with ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with short deadlines
  • Strong organization and process improvement skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
