We increasingly leverage these ecosystems and alliances to solve our clients’ most complex business challenges.
We are seeking a Global Ecosystems and Alliances (GE&A) Manager to support the development and execution of alliance-led Go-to-market strategies The role will be part of a globally distributed team who catalyze growth through connectivity between our practices, our alliance partners, and our priority business sectors and accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape opportunities and drive coordination
- Lean in at priority accounts to support alliance planning for key offerings to drive bottom-line impact and improve sector planning and targeting
- Work with Industry and Alliance leadership to shape and operationalize alliance-led go-to-market plays, including developing sales and marketing materials, conducting growth labs and workshops, and coordinating operations to drive success
- Analyze market signals, sales, and pipeline data to identify sector trends, growth opportunities, and areas of improvement within the account planning and targeting process
- Provide strategic deal support to large-scale or novel accounts representing new alliance opportunities
- Plan and execute bi-annual Global Lead Client Service Partner training sessions, including recruitment of speakers, development of agenda and materials, and delivery of training sessions
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to provide further education on the portfolio of alliance-led offerings and capabilities
- Identify new insights and data sources to help strengthen our analysis, accelerate time to market and drive new sales opportunities
- Conduct market studies for key accounts and alliances as the firm seeks to grow commercial relationships
- Analyze market demand signals by sector and account to share insight and drive action with Deloitte leadership

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience working in a matrixed multi-national or global organization; Master’s Degree or MBA a plus
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in roles that require strong consulting, strategy, innovation and/or operations skills
- Previous market or client-facing experience
- Knowledge and previous experience in innovation, strategy, operations and/or technology architecture
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Power Point, Excel, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to develop executive-ready content
- Ability to navigate and partner in a cross-border team environment
