Work you'll do
In this interesting and diverse role, you will be responsible for:
•Product management including understanding business requirements, business process modeling, cost and performance management, collaboration, and negotiation skills
•Understanding and contributing to the Shared Infrastructure Services service lifecycle process.
•Working with delivery teams to design, deliver and improve network security solutions including Firewall, VPN, Routers and Switches and general network security risk management processes and controls.
•Working with delivery teams to design, deliver and improve encryption key and digital certificate management solutions and processes including streamline workflows by enabling issuance, cancellation, renewal, reissuance, or revocation of certificates at the click of a button.
•Develop KPIs and reporting, including actionable insights on service operations/delivery, to various stakeholders regarding service operations and performance
•Establishing and maintain procedures that ensure compliance with all applicable SLAs, Legal, and Privacy policies
•Building ‘trusted advisor’ relationships with key business stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of related experience
- 3+ years in a leadership function
- Strong working knowledge of network security management and service management
- ITIL related certifications including, but not limited to, ISO/IEC 20000
- Security management certifications including, but not limited to, ISO/IEC 27001
- Experience with vendor selection, management, and deployment
