Work you'll do

      Develop, coordinate, and collaborate communications with internal leadership, sponsoring stakeholders, and management to support message alignment and implementation of activities including Steering Committee materials, and DTTL periodic updates

•     Manage the research, writing, and editing of material, reports, and articles to be published on behalf of senior leadership across multiple channels

•     Manage and maintain Deloitte Resources homepage, microsite, and relevant pages; remain abreast of new technology and functionality to enhance user experience

•     Conduct design inspiration research

•     Manage the Paradigm group distribution lists

•     Enhance the development and maintenance of communication processes and procedures

•     Coordinate activities with the DTTL Change Management Team to ensure alignment with global standard processes while ensuring Paradigm’s needs are served

•     Provide basic guidance and counsel to drive best practice standards across all communications activity

•     Manage the development of Paradigm Training materials and ongoing training and release notes management

•     Lead Stakeholders management efforts to influence leaders across the network

•     Lead member firm engagement series virtually, deliver high-level product demonstrations to highlight the program benefits

•     Travel to member firm locations to deliver training, as needed

•     Grow and manage a team of 3-7 FTEs

Who you'll work with:

Global Risk develops programs, processes, and resources to preserve, protect, and enhance the Deloitte brand around the world. We identify new and emerging risks that might impact the network, mitigate threats as they are identified and proactively engage key stakeholders to develop identification and mitigation procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field; Minimum ten years of experience


•    Keen eye for detail and exceptional proofreading skills

•    Ability to shift priorities, multitask, and work independently

•    Superior oral and written communication skills and thorough knowledge of grammar

•    Outstanding organizational skills

•    Ability to handle high volume of work and tight deadlines

•    Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

•    Ability to work beyond normal working hours when needed
