Work you'll do
- Work in an agile/hybrid environment with customers across Deloitte to define custom, technology solutions to solve their business challenges
- Provide project oversight where appropriate on priority projects and manage escalations with the customer
- Manage stakeholders and relationships at all levels within the business
- Manage projects with high technical complexity, complex customer relationships and/or projects from requirements definition through to delivery
- Support business development activities including scoping and bid creation for new project leads
- Work with the teams to develop and manage an effective process to ensure pipeline activities move seamlessly into projects
- Carry out regular ‘roadshows’ and build a marketing strategy to ensure current and new stakeholders are aware of our capabilities
- Work with the Pipeline lead to develop a roadmap and communicate that across leadership.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years managing distributed resources to deliver projects and monitoring and sharing project updates
- Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies including running SCRUM meetings and sharing updates with program leadership
- Ability to convey information crisply and concisely including project status updates and strategy proposals
- Takes a structured approach to problem solving and the ability to perform root cause analysis of project obstacles and solution issues
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint (On-Prem as well as SPO), SQL, RPA, ML and Tableau
- Working knowledge of project management tools.
- Nice to have:
- Scrum certified Project management
- Familiarity with a CRM system, ideally salesforce
- Familiarity with capacity management tools
- Experience with managing stakeholders at all levels
- Experience delivering projects with a virtual, global team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and strong team player
- Good attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or business
