Work you'll do

We are looking for a self-motivated individual, passionate about technology, with a customer-centric attitude to help us deliver innovative enterprise solutions. The Product Manager works closely with technology teams and business unit leads to deliver projects that continually enhance the user experience, integrate with different systems, and improve efficiencies. This role includes day-to-day product and project management activities, as wells as involvement in strategic planning, and collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.
 
This role is with the Products & Solutions team, under the CoRe Digital, Data, Analytics & Innovation (DDAI) organization at Deloitte Global. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment with work-life balance.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Work with business unit stakeholder to define business needs, and document requirements to continue to drive the optimization and improvement of enterprise solutions
  • Support analysis of existing business processes, and research of innovative and scalable solutions to increase efficiency and improve user engagement
  • With counterparts in the global technology organization, co-manage threads of platform enhancement release projects
    • Partner with technology team and product leads to facilitate collection of business requirements, contribute to the design of product features, and confirm that business needs are being met
    • Develop deep understand tool functionality to create effective testing strategies; oversee testing activities within the product team
    • Manage the execution of business stakeholder activities in conjunction with releases, e.g., business validation, knowledge transfer sessions, deployment
    • Develop project documentation, business requirements, process diagrams, use cases, test plans, test scenarios, as well as project status reports
  • Manage product optimization and quality efforts
  • Provide effective communications to Program Leads and stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices and bring knowledge to the Products & Solutions team

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.

Qualifications:

 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, and Information Technology) required.
 
Years of Experience: 5+ years of work experience
 
Qualifications
  • Experience working with ServiceNow
  • Experience managing solutions throughout their lifecycle to support and optimize business operations
  • Experience with content management tools and/or client service experience in a professional services organization
  • Experience in project management and program management
  • Customer service orientation with focus on providing tangible outcomes and customer-centric solutions in technology projects
  • Ability to provide direction to team members, including time management and mentoring
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills (including facilitation, presentations, and email communications)
  • Excellent organizational skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously and across all aspects of the systems development life cycle
  • Experience having a lead role in technology projects across all aspects of the systems development life cycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
 
Preferred experience:
  • Working in virtual teams onshore and offshore
  • Working with cloud applications and databases
  • Familiarity with automation tools
