Work you'll do

We are currently searching for a Program Lead (Manager) for the Global Risk Advisory Sales Office, reporting directly to the Sales Office leader. The Global Risk Advisory Sales Office supports a variety of activities to drive increased sales at strategic accounts and opportunities, including marketing and pursuit support. The Program Lead will work to shape and execute our sales office strategy and priorities, design innovative programs to increase the breadth of our sales support, champion activities to drive a cohesive team, and lead the day-to-day operations of the sales office.
This role requires skillful facilitation and collaboration across a large network of professionals.
We are seeking an individual based in the US or Canada.

  • Managing priorities and execution plans
  • Collaborating with team leads to understand progress and remove barriers to progress across marketing, pursuits, pipeline, pricing, and clients & industry.
  • Strategic projects
  • Generate ongoing awareness of sales office-related activities, sales trends, and key successes to support delivery of strategic priorities on our sales office offerings.
  • Bring thoughtful solutions to ensure ongoing value for account teams including budget and financial reporting and vendor management.

  • Desired Level: Manager
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent strategic thinker, with demonstrated experience in business process and operational excellence
  • Consultative mindset and a strong desire to problem-solve to make the Sales Office as successful as possible
  • Driven by the art of the possible and energized by designing new ways of doing things
  • Ability to work globally and cross-culturally with varying professional levels and geographies, including senior PPMDs and US India colleagues
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones
  • Experience navigating internal Deloitte networks; experience with pursuit / sales / or other internal global or regional Clients & Industries processes and networks preferred, but not required
  • Ability to predict and respond to leadership requests / needs
