Work you'll do

The Senior Analyst, Business Support Services role will be responsible for supporting operational and administrative activities across Global Talent Operations’ four service areas (Learning Operations, Performance Experience, Talent Acquisition Technologies, and Global Mobility). The key focus for this role is supporting process and system simplifications that drive consistency in service delivery and providing support to special projects. Other responsibilities include culture building and managing centralized processes in partnership with the service areas.
As the Senior Analyst, Business Support Services you will:
  • Partner with the Business Operations Lead in implementing human centered, streamlined standard operating procedures, and identifying opportunities for automation
  • Develop a metrics dashboard for GTO leadership and a consistent stakeholder reporting approach that surfaces data and insights relative to GTO performance and tells our story
  • Provide infrastructure and support to Service Area special projects and collaborate across teams to drive strategic priorities for our business
  • Support program-wide culture building, change, communications, and learning, along with key team and stakeholder calls
  • Provide oversight of centralized activities, i.e., liaising with Procurement, Global Privacy and Risk teams, where needed

· University degree required. Master’s degree a plus.
· Minimum of 2 years experience working within operations, preferably in the HR function
· Minimum of 1 year experience working in a large, multi-national organization, preferably in the Consulting or HR/Talent function for a professional services firm. Desired level would be an experienced Senior Analyst/Consultant or new Manager
· Experience in product and program management
· Experience in complex environments and working across functional groups
· Experience streamlining and simplifying processes and systems
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Other qualifications:
· Flexibility in working hours in order to work with global teams
· Experience working with offshore teams, as well as large, virtual project teams
· Proactive approach, ability to execute projects with minimal guidance and supervision
· High level of quality/accuracy in work (detail oriented)
· Ability to work independently and/or remotely
