Work you'll do
- Partner with the Business Operations Lead in implementing human centered, streamlined standard operating procedures, and identifying opportunities for automation
- Develop a metrics dashboard for GTO leadership and a consistent stakeholder reporting approach that surfaces data and insights relative to GTO performance and tells our story
- Provide infrastructure and support to Service Area special projects and collaborate across teams to drive strategic priorities for our business
- Support program-wide culture building, change, communications, and learning, along with key team and stakeholder calls
- Provide oversight of centralized activities, i.e., liaising with Procurement, Global Privacy and Risk teams, where needed
