Work you'll do
- Research solutions, frameworks and methodologies to address specific project needs
- Formulate strategy, create implementation plans, and execute strategic projects to completion
- Support the execution of large, complicated projects with multiple stakeholders and coordinate Global Transformation and Innovation discussions with senior leaders
- Establish analytical frameworks to identify, prioritize, structure and solve complex business problems
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis including use of a wide variety of analytics platforms
- Measure and monitor return on investment across businesses and geographies
- Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
- Interview and gather data and conduct internal and external research
- Develop effective working relationships with very senior, internal clients
- Develop content for presentations and reports, as well as supporting analytics, for senior DTTL Leadership including CEO, COO, Global Executive team and Global Board, as required

- Ability to synthesize large sets of data and integrate into meaningful reports and recommendations
- Knowledge of corporate development, strategy development, competitive strategy and scenario planning
- Strong quantitative skills
- Outstanding research and presentation skills
- Superior PowerPoint and Excel skills required
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Eagerness to mentor junior staff
