Digital Copywriting and Content Specialist

Deloitte, Touche, Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) seeks a Digital Content and Copywriting Specialist supporting our Digital Experience Center of Excellence within the Global Brand & Marketing organization. This talented individual will help Deloitte realize the transformation of our flagship Website Deloitte.com and digital channels by connecting external audiences to cutting-edge content that makes an impact that matters.

The role is focused on producing diverse digital content and writing copy that meets business objectives while working collaboratively with designers, videographers, developers, producers, and other digital team members to meet the expectations of internal stakeholders. Expertise in digital content production focusing on copywriting, user experience and layout is central to the position.

The Digital Content and Copywriting Specialist will be counted upon to serve as a content subject matter expert, project champion, and change agent by focusing on the efficient production of world-class content. An individual that can drive towards a long-term vision while meeting and delivering tactical content requirements—is highly valued. Those with a strong client service orientation, creative mindset, exceptional writing skills, an eye for design, and the ability to champion the end user will thrive in this global team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, proofread and publish content supporting global campaigns end-to-end across all of Deloitte’s external facing digital channels and touchpoints
  • Work as part of a cross-functional and high performing team to create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides engaging information, across a wide variety of digital platforms
  • Drive a content-led approach on campaigns with a focus on using clear, confident and human language
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gain the necessary business insights and inputs to develop content that generates results and brings Deloitte’s brand to life
  • Use your editing, content management, and writing skills to publish and edit content in different formats and across various digital platforms
  • Incorporate feedback from a diversity of stakeholders across content iterations to produce exceptional outcomes and on-going impact
  • Use your knowledge of SEO and content development to create digital content that helps us get found via search engines, and showcases our company as a leader within the industry
  • Bring new content ideas to the table and attend global meetings across time-zones to explore campaigns, deliverables and insights
  • Create world-class content aligned to and within specifications powering Deloitte.com templates, social media content, and advertising vehicles
  • Structure rigorous logical arguments and craft clear, compelling stories from the results of analysis
  • Bring to life Deloitte’s personality and tone of voice within content, ensuring the consistent application across digital collateral to achieve brand differentiation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Tertiary Degree
  • 2-6 years of hands-on experience leading the production of digital content and writing for the web
  • Excellent command of the English language, secondary languages are desired
  • Comprehensive understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices
  • Good communication, facilitation, and people skills
  • A firm understanding of digital marketing, copywriting and communications concepts and principles
  • The ability to manage multiple content requests and competing deadlines—while driving consistency, quality and excellence
  • Understanding of best practices in web layout and design; user interface design expertise is desired
  • Understanding of enterprise Content Management Systems, particularly Adobe AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of Deloitte and/or B2B professional services is a plus
