Work you'll do
- You’ll work within a dedicated team across various projects within the ServiceNow Platform to manage and deliver complex projects
- As part of a broader ServiceNow Center of Excellence team you will be able to work with many other ServiceNow professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards and path forward to collectively deliver solutions internally within Deloitte
- You will have the opportunity to interact with management and executives in a global environment from multiple countries and varied business areas across our organization
- You will oversee a team of diverse developers and architects from varied time zones will give you the chance to grow your leadership skills with assistance from various levels in our team
- You will use or develop skills in employee experience focused implementations such as HR systems of ServiceNow (HRSD) and User Experience portals.
The team
Qualifications
Required
•Strong people management and risk mitigation skills.
•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow or other enterprise grade ITSM platform
•Minimum 2-3 of years of experience Service Management platforms and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on premise solutions
•Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple projects and multiple geographies at a time
•Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture
Preferred
•Prior experience in professional services environment or similar
•ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist an asset
•Knowledge of HR Service Delivery HRSD in SeriveNow is a great addition.
•Good understanding of Risk and Compliance processes and approaches
•ITIL Foundation Qualification – Desirable but not necessary.
•Ability to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and contribute significantly to the success of the practice globally Flexible work style and experience managing to defined deadlines and work under tight time constraints
