What You Will Do
 
The US Specialized Knowledge Services Team supports the Partner Principal Managing Director (PPMD) Talent team, Finance, and U.S. Office of the Chair’s programs, with responsibility for continuously defining, implementing, and maintaining a knowledge strategy and delivering associated projects in support of program priorities.
 
This role will report into CoRe Knowledge Services and support the US Specialized Services team. The Knowledge Manager closely collaborates with other stakeholders inside the PPMD Talent, Finance, US Office of the Chair and Knowledge Services organizations. This role will network with other internal Deloitte organizations, including US Communications, Information Technology Services, and other Business / Solutions teams, in support of these important US Firm Leadership customers.
 
Responsibilities:
Knowledge Planning and Relationship Development 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with US Firm Leadership program, business, and initiative leads, and other key stakeholders
  • Serve as subject matter specialist regarding US Firm Leadership knowledge management and practice tools, methods, content, and capabilities.
Knowledge and Site Management 
 
o Provide oversight for the management of US PPMD, Retired Partner, and other US Leadership intranet sites
 
o Develop and manage a cohesive end-to-end intranet management service 
  
· Consistently engage program leaders on value delivered through knowledge efforts

Intellectual Property Management
 
· Maintain “healthy knowledge space” by regularly reviewing age, and usage of existing content and executing action plans to improve user experience 
 
· Understand and comply with significant content privacy governance
 
 

The team

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; relevant fields of study may include Business, Management, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism and/or Communications.


Candidate must have at least 4 years of relevant experience. 

Experience in middle market/private companies a plus and experience in a global professional services organization preferred.
 
Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative and social media tools; HTML and SharePoint editing, and site maintenance experience required
 
Experienced, independent thinker with proven project management experience; ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and stakeholders and deliver results
  
Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, build trust and confidence, and manage customer expectations
