Work you'll do

The CoRe Knowledge Services Strategic Relationships Lead (Senior Manager) is responsible for establishing and building strong relationships with a key global executive leadership group within Global Consulting and will be focused on relationships across the two specific Consulting Portfolios that represent Technology focused areas such as SAP, Oracle, Supply Chain, Technology Strategy, ERP and Application Management.

Specific responsibilities include:
· Engage with the global executive leaders to understand the strategic priorities of the practice and drive understanding of the value proposition of Knowledge Services.
· Motivate the global executive leadership group’s sponsorship to drive a high performing culture of knowledge engagement, collaboration and sharing.
· Identify opportunities for additional of specialized services where budget is available.
· Build and maintain an understanding of the key go-to-market priorities and initiatives within Consulting to enable informed conversations with leaders
· Develop and maintain an understanding of CoRe Knowledge Services processes and solutions as well as a general understanding of the overall CoRe organization in support of key leadership priorities
· Be an effective team leader and coach to assigned team members and motivate professional development

Who you'll work with:

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.

Qualifications:

 
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; relevant fields of study may include Business, Management, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism and/or Communications. MBA preferred.
 
 
Years of Experience: Candidate must have a minimum of seven years of relevant experience

· Relationship driven - Experience as a change agent in influencing others
· Experience with culture and change management principles and approaches to influence stakeholders and cultivate knowledge-sharing behaviors
· Depth of understanding of discipline and value of Knowledge Management and its application within professional services organizations
· Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity; ability to translate to appropriate action and define solutions
· Analytic capability –able to take data/metrics, spot trends and make recommendations
· Depth of understanding of discipline and value of Knowledge Management and its application within professional services
· Industry knowledge or Business Area knowledge; understanding of client delivery / engagement process and lifecycle; understanding of relevant trends and competitive environment
